The rooms are functional with breakfast included. It has incredible, amazing setting, very close to Bournemouth beach and Rick Stein's restaurant in Sandbanks and the restuarant.

Amazing value, well-appointed 4 star hotel. Well enough space, an air conditioning, and a nice coffee in the room, excellent and absolutely perfect location. From the bus stop 10 minutes on foot.

Great and kind people.

The hotel is brilliant, pleasant with excellent view of the sea. A wide array of food for the continental breakfast. Unbeatable location - short walk to restaurants/bars as well as the beach or the town centre. Easy walk to Pavillion.  

Wonderful and pleasant property with extremely polite employees at staff members. Good heating, a kettle, and a safe box in the room and the very comfy bed.

The classic twin room was new-fashioned and had a large bathroom. The continental breakfast was hot.

Incredible good basic hotel location not far from Aruba restaurant which has good menu for family, the pier and big wheel plus a short walk across the road to the Bournemouth International Centre and the fabulous gardens 

We liked this great relaxing hotel with sea views. The room was nicely decorated and well-kept, had large en suite bathroom.

Nicely appointed and high quality accommodation with incredible setting short walk to the pier, the gardens and town, and the restaurants. Responsive, well managed employees especially on the reception desk.  

Generally, liked this exceptionally comfortable and fabulous accommodation with outstandingly accommodating staff at staff members. The location was fantastic, near a live music venue.

The location was great, near to the sea front, in the central area. I was surprised at nearby Costera Deli Kitchen, they had some goodies, drinks. Greatly enjoyed a kettle and an iron in the room. The breakfast was savoury and delicious with

The hotel had a central location and it was only a short distance to Pavillion. The room was tastefully decorated and well-kept with a sea-view, and I slept very well.

Lovely and very very good breakfast good choice of meals.
